About Mindful of Being

Welcome to Mindfulofbeing. I hope you enjoy your time here. The Centre is nestled just outside the heart of the town of Boston, away from the hustle and bustle, you will find a unique space.

I am able to offer Zen Yoga, Gentle Somatic Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation, Reflexology, EFT, and Hypnotherapy. Online sessions are now available too.

Mindfulofbeing offers you a range of tools in which you can begin or re-establish your personal journey into mindfulness and healing in a safe and supported way, through all the above practices. These tools are practical and can be used by almost everyone as a way to make every day living less stressful and more positive.

You don't have to believe in anything special - just have an open mind and the desire to explore the possibilities…
