In this course you will learn the fundamentals of how to use mindfulness in your every day living, bringing the aspect of meditation into your daily routine.
This course is aimed for those who are new to mindfulness and meditation practices as well as those who are already practicing.
You will receive audio recordings of the 3 meditations and handouts each week.
