Restorative Yoga – Recorded


Restorative yoga provides a space for the adrenal glands to rest.  It is a state in which there’s little effort and little movement, offering the mind an opportunity to quieten.  Daily periods of relaxation are necessary for good health and wellbeing.



Restorative Yoga = “Active Relaxation” supporting the body with props we alternative between relaxing and stimulating thus finding balance.  Suggested props: 4 pillows or a yoga bolster, 2 cushions, 2 rolled bath towels, a blanket and anything else you would like for your comfort.
