05, 12, 19, 26 October – yoga and yoga nidra – 10am to 11.30am and 2pm to 3pm gentle yoga

Tuesdays
06, 13, 20, 27 October –  mixed ability yoga – 6pm to 7pm

Wednesdays
07, 14, 21, 28 October –  mixed ability yoga – 7.15pm to 8.30pm

Thursdays
08, 15, 22, 29 October – mixed ability yoga – 10am to 11am and 6.45pm to 8.15pm mixed ability yoga and yoga nidra
