This 8 week course will give you a solid foundation into how to work with mindfulness and you will learn four different meditations. It can help you to manage general stress, anxiety and depression. It gives you a very effective tool kit for restoring and maintaining a calm and balance in your world.
Cost within a group of 3 or more £170
includes handouts and recordings of the 4 meditations for home practice
