Reserve your seat, grab a morning cuppa, and prepare to relax for half an hour and join Alison for an online get-together. Discover how the season of Spring connects with the Liver and Gallbladder meridians. Get to know how you can soothe and benefit the energetics of these meridians through food, herbs and appropriate exercise.

For this session you will need, 2 or 3 Pillows or big cushions, blanket, rolled bath towels, or small rolled towels….and anything else to make you comfortable…..
9.30am to 10.15am – Relax & Meditate
2pm to 2.45pm EFT – Session 2
