Timetable for May

Please note – Days and Times a Little different…….

Due to Training, Days Away and Bank Holidays during this month,

to enable practice to continue, I’m proposing the following during the month of May…

 

Mondays – 14 and 21 May

10am to 11.30am Yoga & Nidra

2pm to 3pm Gentle Yoga

14th –  6.30pm to 7.30pm (normally Tuesday evening)

 

Tuesdays – 8 and 22 May

6.30pm to 7.30pm

 

Wednesdays – 2, 9, 23 May 

7.15pm to 8.15pm

 

Thursdays – 3, 10, and 24 May 

10am to 11am

6.45pm to 8.15pm Yoga & Nidra

3rd & 10th  – 2pm to 3pm Gentle Yoga (normally Monday, not 24th May)

 

 

Fridays –  4 May

2pm to 3.30pm Yoga & Nidra (normally Monday morning)

6.30pm to 7.30pm Yoga (normally Tuesday evening)

Friday, 11th May

2pm to 3.30pm Yoga & Nidra (normally Monday)

 

**No practice…. 30th April to 1st May, Bank Holiday 7th May, 15th to 18th May,

Bank Holiday 28th May, 29th to 31st May**
