11th & 18th August – mixed ability yoga – 6pm to 7pm
12th & 26th August – mixed ability yoga – 7.15pm to 8.30pm
6th & 27th August – mixed ability yoga – 10am to 11am and 6.45pm to 8.15pm mixed ability yoga and yoga nidra
