Meditation for Health & Wellbeing
During this 4 week course you will learn:-
~  simple everyday meditation practice that can be integrated into busy lives
~ the usefulness of mindfulness and how we can use this to approach stress, anxiety and relationships
~ find peace within you and build a solid foundational practice

 also available online at the same time, so you have a choice!
