Mum and Baby Yoga
Sessions begin on 9th March.
Dates: 9th, 16th March, 6th, 13th and 20th April
5 week block – £40.00
Time 10am to 11.15am – doors open 20 minutes before start time to accommodate feeding, changing and settling in with baby.
Warm and welcoming surroundings. Mats and cushions provided. Please bring whatever your baby needs and a small baby blanket for them to use.
Baby yoga promotes sleep, relaxation, baby’s flexibility and helps with digestion. It is uplifting and a great way to make new friends and gently exercise with your baby….
