NEW – Steps into Balance Meditation course

Steps into Balance Meditation course will take place over 4 weeks, in person.

31st May, 7th June, 21st June, 28th June 2023 – 6.30pm – 7.30pm £15 per session, payable on booking, includes recordings to practice with and notes.

This 4 week course will help you to develop practices to bring some balance into your life. Simple and effective techniques will be shared, all is required from you is a commitment each day for 20 to 30 minutes – less time than it takes to watch your TV programme!
