With this method once you have made payment, I receive notification of payment and then send links out to you. Thursday 6th August – 10am to 11am – Yoga & 8pm to 8.45pm Restorative Yoga
Friday 7th August – 9.30am to 10.15am – Moving Qi & Meditation
Sunday 9th August – Meditate Together 9am to 9.30am FREE
