Stay Home – Zoom Timetable – w/b 27.04

Zoom Room Stay Home Timetable week beginning Monday 27th April

Subscription for the week – £10 or free to Frontline workers

You can either transfer the money into my account, card payments can now be taken, or keep it in a Gratitude Jar until the next time we see each other……

Monday 27th
9.30am to 10.15am – Meditate & Move your Chi

2pm to 3pm – Gentle Yoga
Tuesday 28th

6.30pm to 7.30pm – Yoga
Wednesday 29th 

7pm to 8pm – Yoga Nidra
Thursday 30th 
10am to 11am – Yoga
8.15pm to 9.15pm – Restorative Yoga for Ease into Sleep. For this session you will need, 2 or 3 Pillows or big cushions, blanket, rolled bath towels, or small rolled towels, an eye cover….and anything else to make you comfortable…..

Friday 1stMay 
9.30am to 10.15am – with Alison Seymour, Acupuncturist & Chinese Herbalist

Trusting all is well in your world…..Please see below, Alison Seymour, Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist,  has, so very kindly offered another free and wonderfully informative session for us all to learn from….I do hope you can join us with a cuppa and relax for half an hour on Friday.  Please pass this to any of your friends too who may be interested…..and who could benefit from this too!

Acupressure for self healing

Put the kettle on, pull up a chair and relax for half an hour. Join Alison for an online chat to discover how to use a selection of acupressure points for health and wellbeing. Learn how to activate these points by tapping or self-massage. Get to know how to locate them so that you can benefit from their potential. It’s also an opportunity to learn their Chinese medicine functions, and understand the meaning behind their names.  Please request Zoom link….

Friday 1st May – 2pm – 2.45pm EFT catch up.  For those with an interest in Emotional Freedom Technique and have been using it as a tool, and for anyone with a curiosity are welcome.
